Ulrich Schmutz

Professor at Coventry University (UK), and a co-founder of the university’s agroecology research centres, CAFS and CAWR, located at Ryton Organic Gardens. With over 35 years of experience in organic horticulture and farming research, Ulrich has specialized in organic horticulture, agroecology, and ecological economics.
